Parkside Market Celebrates Grand Opening in Disneyland

After operating a pair of restaurants in Walt Disney World for over 35 years, last week we celebrated our Disneyland debut with the grand opening of Parkside Market alongside some very special guests. A modern food hall with four delicious concepts ranging from cocktails and coffee to Korean rice bowls and chicken sandwiches, all under one beautiful roof.

We couldn’t possibly have celebrated this joyous afternoon without supporting our neighbors and those impacted by the recent LA wildfires. We are donating all of Parkside Market’s January profit to the The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

Kathie Raynor, Regional Director of Operations for the Restaurant and Resorts Division, who played a major role in opening, had a chance to reflect on the moment.

“Opening a new restaurant is such an exciting and emotional milestone,” Raynor said. “There’s a profound sense of pride that comes with transforming an idea into a real, tangible space where people will gather to share meals, create memories, and experience the overall vision. Emotionally, even though it was like a rollercoaster, Parkside Market is a dream come true. On opening day, I couldn’t help but shed a tear. It was so rewarding to see all of the hard work and planning actually come to life.”
