After operating a pair of restaurants in Walt Disney World for over 35 years, last week we celebrated our Disneyland debut with the grand opening of Parkside Market alongside some very special guests.

Every year, we select a group of blossoming leaders from across the country to participate in a program we call Top Gun.

On September 15, the Levy team at the Peacock Theater and the Los Angeles Convention Center hosted the 76th Emmy Awards.

Over the past 11 weeks, the 17 of us have spent our days in the Levy Home Office, where we not only learned and grew, but made new friends as we explored the city of Chicago through the eyes of the nation’s leading hospitality company.

This past spring, baseball players were taking their last cuts in the cage and grounds crews were raking diamonds. Chef Ryan, who was the Executive Chef of the Chicago White Sox’s Guaranteed Rate Field, was perfecting the flavors and presentation of a soon-to-be viral sensation.

The Santa Clara Convention Center Team created The Teaching Kitchen, a program designed to educate budding hospitality professionals.

To celebrate Stop Food Waste Day and Earth Day 2024, I want to highlight some of the solutions and initiatives we’ve been focused on lately.
