Sustainability
Doing the right thing is embedded in our company culture.
We are empowered to advocate for change, push for transparency and continually seek ways to be more socially and environmentally responsible. We give our operators the ownership to embrace tools, programs and partnerships that provide sustainable solutions unique to their community, tackling issues from sourcing to climate change.
In its current state, the food system is a leading cause of climate change. One-third of global greenhouse gas emissions come from the growing, transporting and packaging of food. To prevent global warming past 1.5 Celsius, companies must take the necessary steps to mitigate a climate catastrophe. We will achieve net zero emissions in our global operations and value chain by 2050. We will deliver this commitment through upstream and downstream resource management principles: menus designed to reduce high-carbon food items, sustainable sourcing, reduced food waste and improved waste diversion through sustainable vessel strategies.
Beyond the direct impact in the venue, we have a unique opportunity to shape and support the broader movement toward a just and sustainable future because of the profile of the venues we have the privilege to operate. We aim to inspire our guests with the best sustainability experiences, so they leave the venue excited to adopt more sustainable behaviors at home.
