CHICAGO – February 6, 2025 The Chicago Botanic Garden, a world-renowned living museum that harnesses the power of plants to improve people’s lives and grow a better world, and Levy, the Chicago-based hospitality leader and partner to world-class cultural attractions, have come together to reimagine the food and beverage experience at the Garden’s onsite dining locations, ticketed events, and private and social events.

“We are thrilled to partner with Levy to bring a fresh approach to our food and beverage offerings that we think our visitors will thoroughly enjoy,” said Adrian Garibay, associate vice president, Visitor Experience at Chicago Botanic Garden. “This partnership represents a significant step forward in enhancing our offerings, strengthening our sustainability efforts, and celebrating the vibrant Chicago culinary scene.”

The Garden and Levy will reimagine menus and culinary offerings at dining locations across the grounds as the year progresses. That begins with the Garden View Café – the Garden’s year-round restaurant featuring scenic views and fresh, chef-crafted seasonal fare. At the Café, Levy will introduce breakfast and lunch menus with a focus on offerings that draw inspiration from the surrounding scenery and showcase fresh ingredients – from little gem salad to salmon rillette and soba noodle salad.

Levy will also work closely with the Garden to introduce special menus that celebrate the Garden’s ticketed events. Beginning with The Orchid Show: India Blooms starting February 8th, the Orchids After Hours menu has a distinctly Indian influence with specials including a Chicken Paratha Wrap, Braised Lamb Roll, and Skewered Manchurian Shrimp as well as themed cocktails like a Tamarind Whiskey Sour or a non-alcoholic Nimbu Pani.

“Chicago Botanic Garden is uniquely magical,” said Andy Lansing, CEO of Levy. “I’ve been a regular visitor since it first opened, yet its beauty still continues to amaze me every time. We’re looking forward to rolling out a garden-wide dining experience as fresh and vibrant as the picturesque backdrop.”

In addition to the Garden View Café, Levy will introduce new culinary offerings at the Garden’s seasonal outdoor dining destinations, including the Garden Grille, Rose Terrace Beer Garden, and The Garden Vine, and a curated catering program for private and social events. Levy will also team up with Boka Restaurant Group to create unique experiences and events showcasing Boka’s renowned chefs and restaurant concepts.

Based in Chicago, Levy is known for delivering world-class hospitality at its collection of restaurants and major cultural attractions and entertainment venues across the country. In Chicago, Levy serves guests at its acclaimed restaurants Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap and River Roast, as well as the city’s quintessential cultural destinations, including Ravinia Festival, The Field Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, Navy Pier, and each of the city’s major stadiums – Wrigley Field, Soldier Field, United Center, and Rate Field.
